How many passengers can your coaches accommodate?
We can accommodate groups up to 5,000 persons.

Our smallest vehicles carry up to 15 passengers each and our largest vehicles carry up to 59 passengers each.

How far in advance should we reserve our coach?
We recommend reserving your coach as far in advance as possible to make certain the equipment is available to you.  We can accommodate last minute charters also, but availability may be affected. Try to reserve your coach at least 2-4 weeks in advance.

What deposit amount is required to reserve one of your coaches?
Our standard deposit amount is the lesser of 10% of the total estimated cost of the charter or $500.00.  The deposit is due upon receipt of the signed charter contract. We can negotiate other terms under certain circumstances.  Your deposit will be refunded if you cancel your trip no less than one week before the pickup date.

When is the final payment due?
It is preferred that full payment be made anytime before your trip starts, but you may give a check for the full balance to the driver at the time of pickup.

What are the rates to charter a coach?
We base all of our rates on an individual basis in the form of quotes. Quotes are prepared individually and are based on several details such as mileage, frequency of use, length of time, number of vehicles required, type of vehicle required, ect.. Each quote is prepared quickly and our rates are very competitive.  You can submit a quote request easily

Is there a limit to how far your coaches travel?
We have the ability to take your group anywhere in the continental US and Canada.  Remember mileage and time are factors in a quote for "over the road" trips.  Also, you are limited by the drivers legal ability to drive.  If long "straight thru" distances or hours are required a second driver may be necessary.

Are driver gratuities and/or rooms included in your rates?
Driver gratuities are not included in our rates. We highly encourage giving drivers a gratuity for excellent service. Gratuities can be paid directly to the driver or to TraveLynx.  If your driver gratuity is given to TraveLynx we will include it in the drivers paycheck.  Driver's rooms (for "over the road" charters) are not included in the rates and are the client's responsibility unless stated otherwise in the quote.

How much insurance does your company carry?
State Law requires each motor coach company to carry a minimum of $1 million dollars in Liability Insurance for each vehicle.  We carry $5 million in coverage.  We can provide proof of our insurance upon request.

Do you allow smoking on your coaches?
We do not allow smoking on any of our vehicles.

Do you accept credit cards for payment?
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover cards.
